Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)
Ontario Secondary School Diploma
Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) is a full-time high school program designed by the Ontario Ministry of Education, covering grades 9 to 12. The OSSD is a government- approved curriculum recognized not only for university applications in Canada but also accepted by leading universities in various other countries.
The Ontario secondary school diploma (OSSD) is widely recognized for admission to universities and colleges in Canada, the USA, Australia, UK, Hong Kong and worldwide. In recent years, OSSD has gained rapid development and has become a highly regarded curriculum by globally renowned universities, alongside other international programs such as IB, A-Levels, and AP.

- The child is given the Ontario Education Number (OEN)

- His/her chances of admission into any top Canadian universities are high
- The government fast tracks permanent residency for students that have a Canadian High School Diploma

Certificate
University admission is competitive, hence the dual certificate program. Students can study and earn the OSSD, while continuing their studies in their local school to earn SSCE. Upon graduation, students will have both a Canadian high school diploma (OSSD) and their local curriculum SSCE. Completing both certificates show universities and colleges that they are ready for university level studies.
